NIEL Support Services is a residential children's home (RCH) that provides housing, care, and support for children and young people who are unable to live with their families for various reasons. These reasons could include parental illness, family breakdown, abuse, neglect, or other circumstances that make it difficult or unsafe for the child to remain in their family home.
Our homes are designed to offer a stable and supportive living environment for children and adolescents. Trained staff members, often referred to as residential care workers, work in our facilities to provide supervision, guidance, and emotional support to the children residing there. The goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the overall well-being and development of the children.
NIEL Children Services provides a modern, homely, family environment and good learning opportunities to support children in making progress in all areas of their development. NIEL children’s Services promotes effective engagement with everyone involved in accordance with the young person's care plan. Effective leadership and management of the home is provided 24/7 with an on call out of hours service accessible to all young people, staff and stakeholders.
